In these Terms, “I”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “The Coach” refers to Angela Bryant and Complete Property Success Ltd, and “You”, “The Client” or “Your” refers to you as the user of Our Website or as Our Client.

We may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website; these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes. If You object to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications to these Terms or become dissatisfied with Our Website in any way, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of Our Website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You agree, as do We, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

  1. What these terms cover:

    These Terms apply to the use of Our Website and to Our supply of any goods, products, books, services or digital content. Please read these Terms carefully before booking or purchasing any coaching, mentoring, seminar, workshop or other events or products We produce. A contract will come into existence when You make a booking and pay for any product or service and We accept Your booking.

    1. Angela Bryant of Complete Property Success Ltd offers paid‑for services including coaching, mentoring and training services as well as books and other products and services, having the skills and experience relevant to the Client agreeing to access these services.
    2. The Services: The services may consist of meetings and/or phone calls and/or email or other written/verbal communications between Us and You from time to time, the exact content, frequency and duration of which will be as agreed for that particular service as detailed on Our Website and by further details communicated to You in writing.
    3. Prices and Packages: The prices and packages of available services or products may vary from time to time and will be as stated on Our Website at the time of Your booking. Complete Property Success Ltd reserves the right to vary the prices and packages available or to remove them from what is on offer, for whatever reason.
    4. Money Back Guarantee ONLY Applicable to Coaching Services: Angela Bryant operates a refund guarantee for Coaching Services ONLY whereby if during the course of the first 14 days of the coaching period (regardless of the duration or package), a Client wishes to withdraw from the coaching and cancel further participation, the Coach will accept such request from the Client in writing and will refund to the Client all monies paid by the Client in connection with the coaching period paid for.
    5. Application for Services: Your application for services will be considered but may be rejected if it is considered unsuitable for you; if Our availability is limited, or there are no spaces left at an event.
    6. Excluded Services: Any services provided by outside consultants, advisors, mentors, coaches or anyone else, do not form part of the arrangement between You and Us and We hold no liability for their services or products.

    1. How We May Contact You: If We have to contact You, we may do so by writing to you at the email address or postal address you have given, or using the telephone number you may have provided.
  3. Liability

    1. The Client shall not at any time be obliged to act on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by Us as part of the services, but if and to the extent that You do so, it shall be at Your own risk. The Client hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives any rights of action it may have against Angela Bryant and the coaching, support and or advice offered in relation to any such information, suggestions, advice or guidance given now or in the future.
    2. The Client acknowledges that any consultancy, coaching or mentoring services provided by Angela Bryant or Complete Property Success Ltd in relation to this agreement are provided at an agreed charge and in good faith. Neither Angela Bryant nor Complete Property Success Ltd will be liable to the Client or to any third party for loss, damage, costs or liabilities suffered as a result of this agreement or any advice given (or omitted), whether in person, in writing or by phone.
    3. The Client is advised to take independent financial, legal or other appropriate professional advice before acting on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by Angela Bryant, Complete Property Success Ltd or any other consultancy services.
    4. A Contract between us is activated immediately upon acceptance and payment without the need for signature or written agreement, when Angela Bryant is requested by the Client in writing or verbally (including by booking services) to give coaching or consulting services, or business advice and guidance to the Client.
  4. Confidentiality

    1. The Client will keep in strict confidence the existence and content of this agreement and the Client shall keep confidential all information, suggestions, advice or guidance provided by Us as part of the services.
    2. All parties will keep in strict confidence all and any information of a confidential nature which it obtains about either of the other parties as a result of the arrangements contemplated by this agreement. This clause will not apply in relation to any information that is already available in the public domain other than as a result of a breach of this clause by any party.
  5. Cancellation

    1. In the event of cancellation by the Client even before any Services have begun, such cancellation must be in writing and if received at least 14 days prior to the appointment or delivery of Services, the Client will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the fee paid. This covers your legal rights to a cooling off period.
    2. If payment of the fee is not received by the due date the Client’s booking will be cancelled. All deposits paid are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client after 14 days.
    3. Complete Property Success Ltd reserves the right to cancel any services or events if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances of any nature, and in the event of any such cancellations your usual consumer rights to a refund will apply.
    4. In the event of Your failure to attend any meeting or appointment without notice whether in person or by phone or any other means, it will result in the loss of the payment for that meeting or appointment with no guarantee of these being rescheduled, as We will have put aside the time and/or event space for You, and You agree that this is fair.
  6. Intellectual Property

    1. At all times We remain the owner of all intellectual property in the coaching and other services and any materials or documentation provided.
    2. Except with Our written permission the content of Our Services or material used in connection therewith may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means to a third party by the Client.
    3. We reserve the right to alter or cancel an appointment. In the event of cancellation, Our liability shall be limited to the refund to the Client of any fees paid for the appointment.
    4. We reserve the right to change the date or venue of any event or appointment at any time if necessary.
  7. The Financial Services Act 1966 Disclaimer

    1. Angela Bryant is not a financial adviser and You acknowledge that any coaching or other services and associated materials do not constitute advice within the terms of the Financial Services Act 1996 (or any subsequent legislation).
    2. Any advice or materials provided are for general guidance only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice. All clients are strongly advised to take advice from an independent financial adviser, solicitor, accountant or other suitably qualified independent adviser before proceeding with any financial decision or arrangements including but not limited to property purchases.
  8. Force Majeure

    1. Neither Angela Bryant nor Complete Property Success Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with any obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond her reasonable control.
  9. Miscellaneous

    1. Nothing in this agreement constitutes a partnership or joint venture of any kind between any of the parties.
    2. A person who is not a party to this agreement will not have any rights under or in connection with it.
    3. This agreement covers all ongoing advice, guidance, and business consultancy services given by Angela Bryant whilst coaching, educating and advising the Client and is not date or time restricted.
    4. All goods and/or services shall remain Our absolute and unencumbered property until such time as We have received cleared payment in full, from the Client or customer in respect of such goods and/or services.
    5. If You would like any further support to help You decide whether to accept these terms and conditions, You should seek Your own independent advice at Your own expense from a solicitor or the Citizens Advice Bureau for example.
  10. Website Terms of Use

    The terms “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to Angela Bryant and Complete Property Success Ltd the owner of the Website. The term “You” or “Your” refers to the user or viewer of Our Website.
